His hair looks dirty/manky but I always like when guys have shaggy length "big" hair, I think a lot of hair like that works for certain guys, him included. Hes not good looking IMO but he looks much better with that hair than with it shaved out. Its very emo/scene circa 2007 and still appeals to some teenage girls.
