Yes but do you not think the show would be much less entertaining if all the acts sang the same types of songs each week

Jedward was the best rock performance ever with We Will Rock You.

The judges are all so media naive. The show is falling apart. Simon Cowell was well able to control the show and I dont the present judges are able to think of the bigger picture and control situations. Simon Cowell is going to be spitting teeth.

Does no one else think he looks really sick?

I know what you mean. A tub of pringles a couple of cans and a good film is mine.

Pretty happy with my predictions from this week, there have been some standout performances and Marcus will be forgotten.

Gary loves getting burned by Johnny, oddly enough.

I still can't get over the fact that Louis missed an amazing opportunity to clock Frankie when he approached him during his performance!

Little Miss 'I have this show won already', should do well with Purple Rain.

Does Johnny not creep everyone out?
The singing is dire I thought.
Was that young lad who all the girls love been on yet? Was he anyone good this time?

Yeah, that's because the whole bloody show is scripted!

Its not really - each of them have songs that they are comfortable with and not comfortable with. It would be very boring if each act had the same type of song every week. They get to explore genres they may not have before and could well find that other genres suit their voice as well.

Excited to see Misha singing Purple Rain. I hope they strip it down and take away the big production and silly outfits because this song doesn't need any of that.

Ok so what if it's not rock. Maybe it's just me but I would prefer an act singing a song that they could do justice rather than rigorously sticking to the brief.
I wouldn't mind so much if it was a general theme every week, but what's the point of having a specific theme if people don't stick to it?

I'm always convinced and still convinced no-one will ever beat Ruth Lorenzo's "Purple Rain" from back in the days of the good x-factor :P
