    The point is as the judges have been repeatedly pointing out the X-factor is not just a singing/talent competition, its about someone who has the X-factor, and they've made it out to be about the person as a whole, on that basis I think the voting public have a right to know if someone is a wagon behind the scenes.

    That is why the X Factor will never produce a proper artist - there's way too much focus on people's sob stories and backgrounds and personalities and don't give a f*ck about developing artists and turning these people intp real musicians. John Lennon was a bell-end, but at the end of the day, who cares?
