i though jade richards was very good.

btw, i want a hug off dermot o' leary.

Jade Richards was very ordinary in the grand scheme of things. i honestly don't get all the drama about her. she won't win.

the song itself brought the tears out of everyone, not her. and Kelly talking about her dream brought more emotion out of people. the reaction to the entire sequence was completely manufactured - the general public were sucked in by a great song, a competent vocalist who doesn't fit the regular pop star bill...add in her grandmother (who was amazingly lovely by the way, genuinely!) and Kelly's little story, and you have mass overreaction.

I just watched it again and she was really good but again I think there was a huge over reaction.

If you listen to the start of the song her voice is far too low and it is hard to make out the words as she doesn't emphasis them. It does improve after a bit.

    'Somtimes it URTS real bad...'

Haven't really been following X factor much this year, have had a few parties the past few saturdays.

Can't wait for the live shows, have to defend my title in the prediction league this year :D:D

No way lizt, you're going down this year. I just won 70 euro having backed Paddy Doherty on BB so I'm on a winning streak. That is of course until I forget to vote some night and fall behind :D
