incorrect reading

    I closed an account today for a place I moved out of but I gave the wrong final reading. I actually got two digits mixed. Is there any way I can rectify or it can be checked?

    Hi Bambi,

    That won't be a problem as the system will flag any error and it can then be rectified. :)
