    Hi im just wondering where exactly is it on Augustine street? is it a big place? i see it opens at 9.30 - 4 is it very busy there all day is there a quieter time to go... any advice would be great thanks..

    you go past the library towards Flood St and its on your left directly opposite Orange Cafe, its always pretty busy, think they do a ticket queue system.

    the citizen advice is usless, anything you ask them dey just say "you can take this form (print of any form) and see wat happens"
