    Hey,

Does anyone know the name of the belt hung bags soldiers use for empty mags? They have an elasticated top. You often see weight lifters using them for talc.

Was going to get one for my spent shotty shells as I'm starting to walk on my own when out :(

    Plus the greens etc :pac:

Yer man is located in the Curragh Camp.

A water bottle pouch will also hold empty shells if you want.

There also is a place in wicklow, gotactical.ie.
Website is down at the mo but they are reasonably priced.

A Utility Pouch will also do what you want.
Or if you really want to go all out, buy a camel back, so you can store shells and bring a drink with you.

For what protac offeres I find it over prices and while well made lacks desirable and crucial features.

Protac is a shade expensive true, but he has what the OP wants

Go Tactical sells Airsoft, but he also sells Irish Rank markings, name tags, and Shoot and scoot bags, tactical gloves CEFO parts etc.......

AFAIK he is ex-PDF who runs it.
There used to be ICOA.ie but I think he must have gone bust. As the website is defunct.

Down side with most US sites is shipping costs, the OP if needs be can go into Protac and "haggle" on price, 3 for the price of 2 etc.

Serving members of DF get a discount, and if you are in the Irish Military Vehicles club you can get a further discount.

I was just pointing out that they can be bought in Ireland GH.
Especially after watching Frontline last night about all Irish buying imports over shopping local and closing business down here ;)

Id go further than a shade to be honest and as ive said I found that what Ive bought off him ive had to modify it to suit what I was using it for. like a day sack that If i put weight into it the shoulder straps would loosen so id to fix that.

I was just sharing my experience with the OP and suggesting some other manufacturers that Ive used, Blackhawk in particular are excellent.

Dispite the downside of shipping costs the euro is worth $1.43 and last week it was €1=$1.48 so there are substantial savings to be made.

Its unfortunate about front line, however as a consumer irrespective what offer of 3 for 2/discount you give me ill still spend my money on what I feel (and on purchasing confirmed) is the best product for the job. In particular in the firearms industry here we have (and still are) been ripped off for so long that I dont even feel guilty sending my money abroad.

Forget about the dump pouches they are designed for mags not indivudal shells.
What you are looking for is a hull bag. They sell them in most shooting shops and some of them have zipped bottoms to make them easier for emptying. They are designed for exactely your problem.
