Man stabbed to death in Westside

    Can't confirm it but from what I'm hearing on Facebook a black man has been stabbed to death. I'll post more info as I get it.

    We all have our sources. I'm sure it'll be all over the radio tomorrow morning. Important thing is whoever was responsible is caught, and hopefully, as was stated above, it wasnt a racist killing.

    No links available but it happened before 9pm, knew it was a bad sign when we saw the ambulance leave without taking anybody out. One of my neighbours asked the local Guard and he confirmed it was a stabbing.

    The Deputy State Pathologist is due to arrive at the scene of a man's death in Westside this morning.
    The body of the man, who's Irish, was found at a house in Gaelcarraig Park last evening.
    He was alone in the house at the time.
    Gardaí are not looking for anybody in relation to the man's death and are treating it as a 'tragic incident'.

    On that note we'll leave it here.
    RIP and condolences to the family.
