Ming Flanagan is in full flow on the Frontline claiming that he did a survey in his constituency before the last election finding that retailers locally sell 9 million euros of fruit and veg that could be grown locally. Has climate change turned Roscommon into the south of Spain or am I been too harsh?

Doh got me on that! I would say he walked into Tesco and Dunnes looked at where the grapes and oranges came from and came up with a magic number of 9 million after having a smoke.

We all know what type of vegetable matter he wants grown... the 9 million might only be for his own personal use
