What strength Ready-Mix for patio

I'll be ordering some ready mix for a patio area(about 15 foot square and about 4 inch deep),would I need the same strength as I would for a foundation(think thats 30N?)and roughly how much would I need?,just trying to make out a budget Also,I will be pouring concrete steps,would an 8 inch rise be too much for a step?…
