Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Lync Server 2010

    Hey,

    I am working for a company and we are after installing the Lync Server 2010 into it. I have been put in charge of testing and there are a few peculiar bugs that I've come across. One of these bugs is described below.

    Could anyone explain to me why a presence status on someones computer would remain as "Busy" after they have finished on the phone. Ordinarially their presence should go back to "Available" when they finish, but for some reason this client will sometimes remain as "Busy".

    If anyone has any idea why this is it would be very much appriciated if you could let me know.
