    Hey,

    Picked up a jar of artichokes in oil in Lidl and just wondering if anyone has some nice recipes?

    I was thinking down the adding to pasta or pizza route??

    Open to ideas..

    Add the drained artichokes to a frittata with some swiss chard or spinach. Use them in risottos or just pile them on grilled ciabatta and squeeze over some lemon juice.

    I know it's not in the recipe, but I always add a jar of artichokes into the mix. I think it's in the Neven Maguire version.
