Convert an A-Clamp to DIN

Hi all, Just wondering if anyone can tell me where I can get the kit to convert a Scubapro Mk 18 reg from an A-Clamp / Int fitting to DIN? I have searched online and all I can find is for converting them the other way round, i.e. from DIN to A-Clamp Thanks for help Paulo
