Their logo of the burning Euro sign is very sitting now that the prices are going down and a rent to buy scheme is seen as burning money!

I've seen a few of these on Daft. €180k for a 3 bed townhouse that looks very cramped inside? Don't see much value there. When it comes closer to €100k you can start talking about value.
