    From further investigation and prodding I have come to the conclusion the dog was looking for a hairdressers with a bgi screen TVs to watch the match befor he goes out to the book club!

    I saw KD interfering with the dog in Eyre Square. Then someone kicked him in the nuts and called him 'nappies'. He tried to stick up his fingers at them, but they got stuck in his red hoodie.

    This dog is a consultant paid for by the city council.

    Reason you saw him down the square is because he is doing a couple of feasibility studies, including (but not limited to)

    * Monorail going AROUND this years Christmas market (as a measure of safely avoiding it as there has been a load of complaints of involuntary exposure to this last year)

    * Digging a Trench from the harbor and turning the square in to a massive signaled aqua roundabout drive-thru for the ocean race boats, putting floating fast food joints at each traffic signal

    * Uses for excess grease from fast food joints due to the extreme popularity of these establishments. Ideas that are at pre-tender stage are a) To replace Galway on Ice with "Galway on Grease" for this winter b) Making scented candles out the grease to give the peoples of Galway the benefit of instant access to chipper smell in the comfort of their own home

    He also used to DJ in DeBurgos

    Cripes, The Big Red Helicopter is flying dogleg search patterns up and down the Corrib and it seems to paws ever now and then and shine a searchlight.

    How can somebody treat a dog like this? It is not fair on the dog. I have tried to find the dog's owners but nobody cares. The dog warden does not want to know either. But it is not right that this dog is wandering around like this. I have tried my best.
