UPC/20mB/ethernet/cisco It's reasonable to expect that if maintenance needs doing, late at night is the time to do it. Just had a 10-15 min drop and thought maybe somebody here might have an angle on this. Mostly they occur between 12-2 a.m. Often requires a reboot, either via browser or power cord. (Whether the reboots themselves actually restore service, or is merely coincidence, is what interests me here).
