Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just wondering is this available with your new price plans where you debit a set amount each month? I know I used to have it before I moved from ESB.

    Thanks,
    Alex

Edit: just looking at price plans, and the price being given for switching just electric is 12.86 ex vat but the dual fuel electric price is also 12.86 ex vat are these correct?

    Hi alexmcred,

If you specfically request a monthly budget plan (called the 'equalizer' by the folks in billing) we can facilitate this.

You also have the option of seting up a standard (bi-monthly) direct debit, and combining this with easypay card payments, or even a standing order (further details here). We can send you out an easypay card free of charge if you're interested; a lot of customers find it a very convenient method of pre-paying/budgeting their bills.

Please feel free to PM me your details if you'd like me to further discuss your options and what plan would work best for you. :)

    Thanks,

    David.
