One of these? Tesco have them, not sure about the price but it couldn't be too expensive.

    Best, probably Anto Ryans homestore.

    Cheapest, probably the pound stop.

    Best on average, probably Tesco.

Wait... If that's a fish turner, what the f**k is a spatula, and why have people been lying to me all my life?

I've always known it as a 'fish slice'. A spatula, my culinary knowlegeable pal says, is that thing used to cream butter and sugar for a cake, generally rubber each side (can't do pics on this phone), BUT, loads of people, my Granny included, used to use the word 'spatula' for anything from a fish slice to the utensil for lifting cake slices!

OP - I'd lend you my fish turner, but unfortunately it's his day off.

TK maxx. AFAIK a fish turner is wider than a spatula.

To hell with a fishturner, is it possible to get something to stop the fish sticking to the roasting tray, its hard to turn it when its glued down

you dont need to turn fish in the oven.

Parchment paper stops anything sticking. That is not greaseproof.

However used under the grill = = fire.

Jesus I know that, but you still need to take it off whatever it was cooked on

We always called it a Fish Slice. Tesco or any €2 shop should have plenty.
