Ulster Bank Card Reader

    Does anyone know if Ulster Bank charge for their "Card Reader" to be sent out to the customer?

    I just went through the necessary steps online to order one and all I've been told is that my card reader will arrive within the next 15 days.

    Basically just curious if they debit my account for ordering a card reader off of them?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
