NGB Speed Increases UTV

Hi, I am on the NGB 8MB pacakge with UTV which i understand is bascially rebadged eircom. I presume i will also get these increases in speed, ive email UTV but havent got any reply yet. Just wondering if eircom will be applying it to all wholesale lines also.
