    Hi,

    I'm moving from current place (renting an apartment, account in my name not Landlords).

    The new house I will be moving into has the account in another persons name and this wont be changing.

    What's the procedure to cancel or suspend my account at my current place when I move?

    Hi Daith,

    To close your account, just contact us with:
    • Your name and account number
    • The date of the move out
    • The final meter reading (see how to read your meter)
    • Your forwarding address
    • The new occupant's name and phone number (or the landlord, solicitor or estate agent's name and number).
    You can these details to myself or Una, email us, or call 1850 372 372.
