I like the simple things in life but the hardest thing to find in Ireland is a pub with a jukebox.

I am heading to Dublin for the weekend next month and see myself drinking all day listening to my selected music but can anyone recommend a pub with a jukebox in the city centre?

(is there any other recommendations for drink related activities in dublin - we are going on a session all day, girlfriend and I, and would like to do something different)

The Hairy Lemon.... (rip off b*tads plus the juke box is really only for the day time)

Downstairs in the international. Highly recommended. Only problem is that the jacks smells like piss+old fat.

    They've done up the jacks.

    They've done up the jacks.

Jaysus. Is nowhere sacred. First the jacks in Kennedys and now this. Back of Brussels!!!

Last time I visited the Flowing Tide on Abbey St they had a great jukebox in the basement...it was the perfect place to sit all afternoon having beer and then get that special feeling when you emerge drunkenly into the daylight.

Haven't been in for ages but the downstairs bar in Bruxelles (the one to the right as you come down the stairs) used to have a great Jukebox.

They rarely open the basement there anymore.

I think T.P. Smyths on Jervis St. still have one upstairs, and I'm not quite sure, but thought I seen one in The Foggy Dew before...could be mistaken though.

Smyths have one downstairs tucked away in the corner so easy to miss. Not sure if it's a recent addition as would drink in there maybe three or four times a year and only noticed it at Xmas

No idea if it's new or old. I was only ever in there once a few weeks ago.
There is one by the back door by the smoking area.
It was on random and The Pogues Fairytale of New York came on ha.
So I had to play a few songs to get rid of it.

19 O'Connell had a jukebox last time I was there. I remember listening to A Good Heart by Feargal Sharkey on it (random memory). I think they might have changed the name since then (but it seems the jukebox is still there :pac:)

Foggy Dew doesn't have one. The Mezz (bit of a kip) on Eustace Street does.

Oscar's on Fishamble Street have an online jukebox - you select your picks from your smartphone. Not a great selection available from what I remember though.
