    that cloud save thing is cool, handy, its the one thing that puts me off buying handhelds, why both playing Uncharted on a 5 inch handheld screen when I can play it on my big tv?

    Before Kaz Hirai or any other Sony officials announced the actual price of the recently renamed PlayStation Vita, the company's PR wing tipped us off to the price and release date: PlayStation Vita will launch worldwide "by the end of 2011," and will arrive in two models starting at $249. SCE detailed the two separate PSV models as a 3G/Wi-Fi version running $299/€299/¥29,980, and a Wi-Fi-only model for $249/ €249/¥24,980.

    Yeah but if you want to play anything other than a FPS or TPS adventure game you need to get a handheld or PC. Strategy games are few and far between on PS3 but the PSP has tons for some reason.

    The DS and games such as Professor Layton show how it can be a great experience. But doesnt need to be cramped into everything.

    they need to do something to sate the hackers though. give them some form of access to allow homebrew and harnessing of the tech

    otherwise itll just get taken apart again and used almost entirely for piracy

    thats true, if they find the balance between small screen versions of blockbuster games and stuff that the psp did well like the final fantasy spinoffs and peace walker then itll do well
