The rumour was it'll be in the inverse of their usual release schedule though apparently - US and European release first (this year) and next year for Japan. Don't want to kill off the PSP too soon in the one territory that is still buying it in the hundreds of thousands every month.

I read a rumour somewhere of 11/11/11 for the PSP for the UK - that's a launch date that marketing folks lap up and probably where you'd want to be for a Christmas release. So long as it's out in time for Santy to leave it under my tree I'll be happy. The release line up is ridiculous - don't know how I'm going to decide amongst all those games. :pac:

    How do you know that?

With Christmas coming up, it'd be an ideal time to release it.

because one of the heads fella's at sony said it

    Nintendo are running late

Uncharted is a definite purchase from me anyway. Looks absolutely amazing on it.

Though I'm not sure about the touch screen aspect to it. :)

Anyway, getting out of this thread so I don't spoil anything for myself.

I'll give my thoughts later on how I thought Nintendo's conference went.

This is the first conference this year I've been able to catch live. God the stream is so much better than the stuttery messes of previous years.... fair play to gametrailers.

Yeah, Uncharted is a given, a system seller even. Touch screen elements are optional for the most part remember!

Nintendo conference and it's almost home time, I'll guess I'll catch up later but I'll miss all the fun. :/
