parents moved out and need to cancel phone and broadband

    so my parents have moved out of there rented house , and need the phone and broadband canceld ,

    can you cancel this for them as tried ringing but not gething an asnwer ,

    Hi autocann
    afraid I am not able to cancel accounts as account details, bank details and billing issues involved. The account holder has to call 1901 customer support and arrange this. Once you have requested the account be closed I can chase for you and ensure order is processing for you.
    You should definetely be getting an answer as that section is open 09:00 to 20:00 Mon to Fri and 09:00 to 18:00 Sat.
