    Hi,

I am seriously considering getting a full sleeve done. Thinking Japanese
black and grey. Can anyone recommend the best and cheapest place to get this done in Dublin or surrounding areas. Have a couple of old tattoos on forearm that would need to be covered up!!

Any help would be great, thanks.

Don't go somewhere just because it's cheap. Good work isn't cheap and cheap work isn't good. If you want a full sleeve, you want it to be the best quality possible. Go around to some studios and have a look at portfolios, talk to the artists and they'll be able to suggest something with your existing tattoos. Good places to start would be Snakebite and Colourworks.
