has anyone had any problem self-installing the modem?

Mine will be arriving Monday and I want to know whether I will encounter difficulties, especially after my current modem will be taken away. How do you install it?

plug in the white cable. Screw in the aerial plug in the plug. Sorted .

I've hooked up mine but still getting 20mbs when I should be on 50 any idea what's up with this
