Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

White label photo printing

Do any of the online photo printing services allow photographers to ship items directly to customers without including an invoice from the printing company for the printing costs?

For example, I have a few photos that a customer has requested to purchase as prints. They will pay me directly, and then I will order them online and have them shipped directly to my customer. Ideally I would like them delivered in a plain envelope, and I don't want to have them shipped to my own address and then have to repackage them. My customer is aware that I will outsource the printing, and understands that they are not just paying for the printing costs, but I would prefer to avoid a potentially awkward conversation if they received an invoice for the printing costs with the photo and maybe got offended.

Would also be interested in hearing how others manage this process? Thanks!

If you have a good relationship with your Printer then it should not be a problem. It may be a problem with a large company where you are just a number.

Maybe ask Steve (stcstc on here) as I am sure he could arrange that for you. I upload files to him, pay him online & he gets them to people in Dublin for me.
