Was the relocating of Corballis House one of the conditions of building T2?

I thought that Corbillis House being a grade A listed building was to be dismantled stone for stone and rebuilt in some other part of the airport complex as one of the conditions of building T2.

Is this ever going to happen or will it be swept under the carpet like many other projects that was supposed to have happened in this country over the years?
