Does anyone else think this junction is poorly done?

Their is 3 lanes before the lights, but only 2 after as the lefthand lane is for future development. Because of this only the middle and righthand lanes are used before the lights, so then you get people speeding up in the inside lane and cant stay in the lane on the corner because they are going to fast. Even the google car does it on streetview. I wonder how many accidents has happened here.

Yeah its a poorly planned set up alright. Also if you take the exit northbound, the traffic lights are blocked by a sign if you are waiting in the right hand lane.

Never noticed that, dont really use that ramp much

Can be tight enough going around the corner when there are cars in the 3 lanes. Watch out of the speed trap which is just usually just before the roundabout on the left hand side.
