Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

printing problems

Please apologize if this is not the right forum! Something weird is happening with my printer. Printing word docs is normally ok but if I printed "shaded" areas like a shaded cell or something, it does not print. For images, it prints just a few dots on it, not the entire image, like traces of the image... I think my colour cartridges are empty or dry, but this are all black and white. It does not matter if I select or deselect "grayscale printing" it does nor print properly. When printing a pdf image, the printer took its time and made the same noise as when printing, but the result... blank page. How is this possible? When it makes the printing noise it's because it is supposed to be printing? The cartridge is nearly new and in word it prints ok, and it photocopies ok, so it is not that I am running out of print. I have tried head nozzle alignment to no avail. Someone help!

    Edited to say it's a Canon Mp140, a regular ink-jet printer. Thanks
