Last year I recieved BTSA and was wondering what happens this year; do I need to reapply? or are the forms going to be posted out to those who recieved it already last year?? thanks in advance :D

Doesnt start until 1st June, you should find a form online, usually welfare.ie
The 2011 form isnt up yet afaik.
You will reapply this year & I wouldnt depend on them sending you the form, sometimes they do, sometimes they dont. Anyhow as above, you can download it and print it

Thats great thanks, I was thinking that they might send form automatically but I may just download one just in case they are "too busy"...cheers
