Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Synch your iphone to new computer

Just spent the last few hours trying to figure out how to sync my iphone to my new laptop without losing any info (contacts, apps, calender, music etc) and I finally found a solution. I came across this site which gives detailed instructions which I won't repeat here. Also heres the video:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LXIMjGWNZw0&feature=player_embedded

It worked a treat and I can't thank the gentleman enough. My only problem was at the end when iTunes was “Importing iTunes music library.xml”. It seemed to hang but when I hit stop the process presented in the video continued.

Has anyone come up with an easier way?

PS I just noticed that I'm running itunes 32-bit on my windows 7 64-bit. I wasn't prompted to choose between the 2. The consensus seems to be that (a) Windows should have denied access to run the 32-bit
    (b) Uninstall it and replace with the 64-bit version

Having gone through the process above I'm not too eager to do it all over again unless necessary. iTunes seems to be running smoothly with no issue. Should i bite the bullet and reinstall?
