topsoil wanted! free or cheap!

Hi am doing project in my small garden and need to get some topsoil for my raised beds (have to have them to keep bold puppies out). I have access to a trailer and can go to reasonable distance in county cork ( am currently in northside of city but from Bantry). THANKS!:)
