Under the previous pricing regime, if you were on a dual tariff you would be paying 1 cent extra per unit for your day units. This was a CER requirement, I think.

The tariff information on the new website doesn't mention this.

Is there now only one rate for day units, whether you're on single tariff or nightsaver?

    Hi Hoagy,

Under the price plan rate details on our website, you will see the unit prices outlined, as below (click here to be taken to the price plan section, and then just click 'Price Plan Rate Details' under the relevant plan).

The day unit price for a standard 24 hour tariff customer on Supersaver is €0.1286 per unit (excl. vat); €0.1460 (incl. vat). For a dual tariff customer on the Supersaver price plan (the Supersaver Nightsaver), the day unit is €13.73 (excl. vat); €0.1558 (incl. vat).

You will also see the night unit prices below, which are cheaper than before if you are availing of the Supersaver package.

I hope that clears it up. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

    Thanks,

    David.
