Hinges on my windows

    When there is any kind of a breeze out, there may as well be no windows in the house. People who have noticed say "the hinges are gone". Can you tell me what that means and is it easy to replace them. Our house is 10 years old

    What sort of windows do you have? Can you post some pics?
