Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Why is my account still listed as Domestic Urban?

    My price plan is listed as 'domestic urban' in the account section when I log on to my account online. I changed my account the new 'Electric Ireland Supersaver' plan about a week ago. How long does it take for this change to take affect?

    Still showing "Domestic Urban". My Mother agreed to go on "Reward" with direct debit and online billing. Wil it change to "Reward"?. She has the FEA also already.

    Hi Delta2113,

    That is correct as the bills for FEA customers who have the Reward plan still state "Domestic urban".

    In the last few week's this has changed to "Reward" in the account section online.
