Cooking for a diabetic with gout

    Hi all,

    I am new to boards.ie and I hope I'm in the right place.

    I'm looking for suggestions about recipes and food stuffs for someone who is diabetic and has gout.

    Unfortunately, many of the foods that are good for diabetics to take are known to trigger gout.
