Clampers during state visit?

Just a thought, has anybody seen DCC clamping vans around today or yesterday? With all the road closures I was thinking maybe they wont be around as much for these few days:D

And as there are less streets & quays to park on, they will be more prevalent on the roads that you can park on, so beware!!
