Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I was copying a folder of RAW TIFF files from one drive to another.

During the copying, I got the above error code and the message: 'The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.'

The error message continued with the name of one of the TIFF files.

I opted for 'Continue' and it copied all the files in the folder except the named one.

I then manually selected the problem file and was able to copy it across.

However, the error repeated when I tried to copy the folder of TIFFs to a second drive.

How can I eliminate the error?

    Thanks.

    D.
