I've recently moved to a BB Bold 9780. My car currently has a wired Nokia CK-7W kit installed. I'm wondering what are my best options to retrofit this with a cradle to support the BB and to charge - or is this even possible?

Just buy a cigarette charger, and any universal cradle. Its the easiest and cheapest option imo
