Changing for a swim at Blackrock

On and off over the years in the summer I have gone for an early morning swim at Blackrock. I think that the above is the thing---I don't know blackrock at all but as someone who likes to take a dip before going to work, so you are not talking about family beaches with kid but swimming spots with "serious" swimmers I have never been bothered by people who don't bother wrapping a towel around themselves if the object of the exercise is to get changed and dried, but I am put off by exhibitionists who basically want to use going for a swim as an excuse to "flash".
