    I went down to the open viewings last week out of curiousity and left after about 10 mins. To me it looked like a laughable attempt to create Tiger-era hype. TBH I chided myself for turning up and adding to the numbers (which weren't huge).They are now claiming that ALL apts are reserved yet they're still holding viewings next Sat :rolleyes:...

    I'm guessing they know that a lot of the suckers that want to throw their money down the toilet on these wont get bank approval to do so.

    I 100% support this.

    The more individuals that are willing to take some of Liam Carrol's massive debts onto their own shoulders by buying these apartments, the less that the rest of us will have to pay.

    I went in to that link to check out prices out of interest, E270k! not what Id call a bargain, but if people are prepared to part with that amount, why should they sell for less! sure arent they half of what they used to be, youd almost be mad not to buy! dont show that link to Alison O'Riordain whatever you do!
