Luhn or Mod 10 Check Digit generator for 15 digit number

Need a tool to generate the check digit for a 15 digit number using mod 10 or Luhn, need to do this for 5000 numbers, so need some bulk capability...any ideas ?

Are you a programmer? It would be quick enough to throw together a tool.

Will you be reading in a file of these numbers or how are the 15 digit numbers stored.
