Yes there is, I walk to work through it everyday.

Basically, when you're coming from the train station, turn left, and walk past the bus stop on your left and the Glenroyal Hotel on your right. When you get to the centre of the village (the T-Junction). Turn right, and follow the road past the Supermacs, on your left, and keep going straight, until you reach another junction. There will be the girl's school in front of you, and slightly to the right is a small gate which is the gate to Carton Avenue. Walk down it, all the way down, cross the road, through the small side gate, congratulations you are in Carton House Hotel.
