Hi, as the thread title may indicates I'm looking for help / guidance in a career away from Quantity Surveying. I am a qualified QS with 3years experience and I can see the writing on the wall in my current employment and feel that the best option in the current climate is to try an get out of Quantity Surveying. Therefore i am wondering is there any QS's or HR executives, or anybody else who could lend any advice?

Any help / tips / advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Why do you want to get out of QS? Construction is booming at the moment?

What is your qualification in? Salary expectations?
