    Lads and ladies,

    Myself and kellt (fresh off the back of his top 10 finish last night!) are going for 120kms on Saturday morning. Leaving Lusk at 7am! Can you drag your a s s out of bed early enough? If so then meet us at the remount roundabout on the ring road of Lusk for 7am. No group 2 scrubbers allowed!!! Hard workers only need apply!!!

    This ended up a two man event. 93k from Lusk to Clogherhead and back. Average speed was 29.6kph with a strong headwind all the way back. The early starts are great! So quiet on the roads.

    would have joined ye lads but down the sticks. doing a big one tomorrow - 180km Limerick CC tour. lots of hills apparently.
