Like many out there I love cheese and for some time have been wanting to get to know more about its production and even possibly try and make a bit of my own. I have been looking for course out there and the only one I could find was in Leitrim http://www.organiccentre.ie/node/1562 . It looks like a good course but would like if it was closer to Limerick. Does anyone know of alternaive practical course in Munster or has anyone been on the one in Leitrim? Any feedback would be great.
    Thanks

Thanks eternal. Checked that out, €115 for 1/2 day so quite expensive alright. Have found out from local cheese maker that Irish seed savers run a day course with similar content for €60 and they are in east Clare so happy days. They have a lot of other interesting looking inexpensive courses http://store.irishseedsavers.ie/category_s/82.htm , might give the clay oven course a go!

Your own clay oven ! Those courses look fantastic ,especially the Japenese cooking one ,they are good value too!
