I think there are classes in clarenbridge.

Corrib Dance Academy in Briarhill is great, but think they have to be 4 to start. I know someone in Oranmore who sent her 3 year old to ballet lessons in Knocknacarra for a year as she couldn't find anywhere else to take them before age 4.
