Problem with Laser Transaction

    Hi all, just wondering if any of ye have a solution to this problem. Recently bought a few items in a shop and payed by Laser, after checking my online banking though, the transaction seems to have gone through twice. Should i contact the shop or the bank with this problem?

    Contact the shop - they are the people who seem to have put the transaction through twice.

    It may not have gone through twice - you may be seeing an authorisation, and then the actual charge.

    If it's an authorisation, it will drop off in a few days and only the actual charge will be deducted from your account.
